Summer 2019
I had the chance to work with the Amtrak Customer Experience team as a UX design intern. With the guidance of my team, I researched and supported the redesign of the online booking flow on the Amtrak website. I also conducted a customer sentiment analysis of the Acela Express seat assignment service. My research insights contributed to ROI and informed the next phase of the seat assignment service.
